When I make my
first introduction to a potential client, I like to introduce
myself as one of the owners of the "fastest-growing, family-owned
vending company in New England."
Once I sit down with that client,
however, the first thing I talk about is the other owners. As
proud as I am of the fact that we have tripled our client base
in the last two years, I am reminded every day that "fastest
growing" is a consequence, not a goal. What is it a consequence
OF? That's easy - being FAMILY-OWNED. And who reminds me of
this every day? MY FAMILY. To us, "family-owned" doesn't just
mean a Mom and Pop operation. It means a Mom and Pop and
Brother and Sister and Aunt and Uncle and Cousin
operation. All these people are part of the KBL family: both
in blood and in spirit. I hope you allow us to show you what
our family can do for you.

Should
you become a KBL client, you can be sure
that there is AT LEAST one family member
who is familiar with, and responsible
for, your account. You can speak directly
to a member of the family anytime, day
or night, whether it's about service,
billing, or any other concern. As my father,
Bill Lennon, and my uncle told us over
twenty years ago, when my brother, Bill
Jr. and I used to help load their first
candy truck before school, "If it's family
owned, it's personal." Well, 20 years
and 200 accounts later, it's still family
owned, and it's still personal. If you're
a KBL client, you won't feel like a number.
When you call with a question or a concern,
you will hear the same voices, and we
will recognize you. You will see the same
faces when our customer service representatives
visit you, sometimes just to say hello.
If there's a problem, we will respond
with a solution. FAST. Because it's personal.

is my philosophy, as well as my father's,
my mother's, my brother's, my sister's,
and all my other relatives that I
work with - every day. We try to do
it right, every day, because our clients
expect, and deserve, no less. |
